Best Time of Day to Do Just About Anything

Timing is everything. Just ask author Lesley Alderman – she wrote a book about it. The Book of Times is a compilation of studies on how we spend our time every day, but some of the most interesting findings are her insights, based on the research, of the best times to do just about anything! Check it out:

    Best time to exercise: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Your body temperature is at its peak, your muscles are more flexible, and positive moods are highest in the evening. Muscle strength peaks between 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and hand-eye coordination is sharpest in the evening. Photo Credit: Getty Images
